trước thì hóa ra sai cả câu rồi nè. Với part 1 của chuỗi grammar series lần

3. Only
a. Cấu trúc:
- Only once/ Only later/ Only in this way/ Only then + Trợ động từ + Chủ ngữ +
Động từ.
- Only after/ Only by/ + Danh từ/ Danh động từ/Mệnh đề, đảo ngữ.
- Only when/ Only if + mệnh đề, đảo ngữ.

Ex: Only when I study abroad, did I realize that my parents played an important
role in my life.
4. At no time/ On no condition/ Under no circumstances/ For no reason/ In no
way/ No longer
a. Cấu trúc: At no time/ On no condition/ Under no circumstances/ For no
reason/ In no way/No longer+ Trợ động từ + Chủ ngữ + Động từ.
b. Ex:
- He never suspected that his girlfriend was an enemy spy.
--> At no time did he suspect that his girlfriend was an enemy spy.
- This button mustn’t be touched under any circumstances.
--> Under no circumstances could this button be touch.
- He used to smoke 20 cigarettes a day.
--> No longer/ Any longer does he smoke 20 cigarettes a day.
5. Hardly/ No sonner:
a. Cấu trúc: Hardly + had + S + Phân từ 2 + when = No sooner + had + S + Phân
từ 2 + than
b. Ex: Hardly had I waken up when it rained = No sooner had he hung the clothes
out than it rained.
6. Not only/ But also
a. Cấu trúc: Not only + Trợ động từ+ Chủ ngữ + Động từ + but also + Chủ ngữ +
Động từ
b. Ex: Not only is she excellent at English but she can also speak Spanish.
7. So/ Such
a. Cấu trúc:
- So + Tính từ+ Trợ động từ+ chủ ngữ+ Danh từ
- Such + be + N + that + clause.
b. Ex: So hard did he work that he forgot his lunch.
Such was her anger that she broke the vase.
8. Not until/ Only when/
a. Cấu trúc: Not until/ Only when + mệnh đề, đảo ngữ.
b. Ex: Not until he came into the light, did I realize who he was.
9. Neither
a. Cấu trúc: Neither + Trợ động từ + Chủ ngữ + Động từ
b. Ex: Neither is there excitement nor entertainment in this small town.
10. Nowhere
a. Cấu trúc: Nowhere + Trợ động từ + Chủ ngữ + Động từ
b. Ex: Nowhere could the wallet be found
11. Đảo ngữ câu điều kiện
a. Điều kiện loại 1:
- Cấu trúc: Should + chủ ngữ + động từ…
- Ex: Should he come, plese tell him to see me.
b. Điều kiện loại 2:
- Cấu trúc: Were + chủ ngữ + …
- Ex: Were I you, I wouldn’t do like that.
c. Điều kiện loại 3:
- Cấu trúc: Had + Chủ ngữ + Phân từ II +…
- Ex: Had he known the truth, he wouldn’t have married her.
