Well, honestly speaking, I have to say that young generations nowadays are
LEADING A HEALTHY-DAMAGING LIFESTYLE because of FAST-PACED OF LIFE. To be more
precise, young workers have to work flat out while students have to BURN THE
MIGDNIGHT OIL TO before exams. Therefore, these tasks deprive them of time
MAINTAIN DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY or MAKING DECENT MEAL for their own

-To burn the midnight oil to do some revisions: Đốt đèn cả đêm để ôn bài
-To maintain daily physical activity: duy trì hoạt động thể thao hàng ngày
-To make decent meals: làm bữa ăn ngon
3.How important do you think it is for members of a family to
eat together?
Absolutely, it is essential that family members ALLOCATE THEIR TIME TOGETHER at
the time table. The reason is that it can cement family bonds and help the
whole family GET ALONG WITH one another. Take my family as an illustration,
during a meal, we can SHARE OUR STORIES AND TROUBLES in life, receive valuable
advice to HANDLE OUR PROBLEMS.

4.Is the food that people eat today in Vietnam different to the
food that people used to eat in the past? (if yes, in what ways has it
changed?)
In the previous time, the choices of food were limited but the foods are fresh
and people can GUARANTEE IT’S QUALITY. So it is no surprising our ancestors
ENJOY GREATER LIFESPAN than us. In the present time, economic growth has
considerably changed the way Vietnamese people eat by introducing some Western
habits and products. Furthermore, nowadays, there has been many reported cases
of food poisoning which really troubles people in developing countries.
